Basic Strokes:
1️⃣ 横 (Héng) – Horizontal Stroke → 一
A straight line from left to right.

2️⃣ 竖 (Shù) – Vertical Stroke → 丨
A straight line from top to bottom.

3️⃣ 撇 (Piě) – Left-Falling Stroke → 丿
A downward stroke from right to left.

4️⃣ 捺 (Nà) – Right-Falling Stroke → 乀 or ㇏
A downward stroke from left to right.

5️⃣ 折 (Zhé) – Turning Stroke → 𠃍
A stroke that changes direction, like a right-angle turn.

6️⃣ 钩 (Gōu) – Hook Stroke → 亅
A stroke with a small hook at the end.

7️⃣ 提 (Tí) – Upward Stroke → ㇀
A short upward stroke.

8️⃣ 点 (Diǎn) – Dot Stroke → 丶
A short stroke, written from top bottom.

Sentence Structure

1. 有的...有的... ： 有的人眼睛大大的，有的人眼睛小小的。
(Yǒu de rén yǎnjīng dàdà de, yǒu de rén yǎnjīng xiǎoxiǎo de.)
• Meaning: Some people have big eyes, and some people have small eyes.
2. 他/她的(...)(...)的：他的鼻子大大的，她的鼻子小小的。
(Tā de bízi dàdà de, tā de bízi xiǎoxiǎo de.)
• Meaning: His nose is big, and her nose is small.
