如果你喜欢中国菜你一定吃过饺子。中国人有句话,舒服不如倒着,好吃不如饺子。尤其在中国最重要的节日春节,除夕夜,12点一敲钟,在那个时候,至少北方人是一定要吃饺子的。据说饺子是由中国的北方人发明的。
Rúguǒ nǐ xǐhuān zhōngguó cài nǐ yídìng chīguò jiǎozi. Zhōngguó rén yǒu jù huà, shūfu bùrú dǎozhe, hǎo chī bùrú jiǎozi. Yóuqí zài zhōngguó zuì zhòngyào de jiérì chūnjié, chúxì yè,12 diǎn yì qiāo zhōng, zài nàge shíhou, zhìshǎo běifāng rén shì yídìng yào chī jiǎozi de. Jùshuō jiǎozi shì yóu zhōngguó de běifāng rén fā míng de.
饺子不光是过节时候的重要食品,更是日常生活中人们最爱的美食之一。虽然准备的时候有点儿麻烦,但是可以一次多包一些,放在冰箱里冻上,吃的时候拿出来煮一下就好了,反而很方便。今天我们就来学学如何包饺子。
Jiǎozi bùguāng shì guòjié shíhou de zhòngyào shípǐn, gèng shì rìcháng shēnghuó zhōng rénmen zuì ài de měishí zhī yī. Suīrán zhǔnbèi de shíhou yǒudiǎnr máfan, dànshì kěyǐ yícì duō bāo yìxiē, fàng zài bīngxiāng lǐ dòng shàng, chī de shíhòu ná chūlái zhǔ yíxià jiù hǎo le, fǎn'ér hěn fāngbiàn. Jīntiān wǒmen jiù lái xué xué rúhé bāo jiǎozi.
我们今天要包的是素三鲜饺子。
Wǒmen jīntiān yào bāo de shì sù sān xiān jiǎozi.
材料:
1.饺子馅主要由三种材料组成:韭菜,鸡蛋,蘑菇。
2.调料有盐,香油,蚝油(háoyú: oyster sauce ),胡椒粉 (hújiāo fěn: ground pepper )。
3.饺子皮可以在超市里买到。
1. Jiǎozi xiànr zhǔyào yóu sān zhǒng cáiliào zǔchéng: Jiǔcài, jīdàn, mógu.
2. Tiáoliào yǒu yán, xiāngyóu, háoyóu (Oyster sauce ), hújiāo fěn (Ground pepper).
3. Jiǎozi pí kěyǐ zài chāoshì lǐ mǎi dào.
盐:salt 香油:sesame oil
蚝油:oyster oil 白胡椒粉:white pepper

饺子馅儿的做法:
1. 将鸡蛋炒熟,弄碎,晾凉。
2. 将韭菜洗净,切碎。
3. 把蘑菇洗净,切碎。
4. 把所有食材放在一起,搅拌均匀。
Jiǎozi xiànr de zuòfǎ:
1. Jiāng jīdàn chǎo shóu, nòng suì, liàng liáng.
2. Jiāng jiǔcài xǐ jìng, qiē suì.
3. Bǎ mógu xǐ jìng, qiē suì.
4. Bǎ suǒyǒu shícái fàng zài yìqǐ, jiǎobàn jūnyún.
包饺子:
拿起一张饺子皮,将周围涂抹一点儿水。
把饺子馅儿放在中间,把饺子皮捏上。捏的时候要尽量捏一些褶皱,这样比较漂亮。
Bāo jiǎozi:
1. Ná qǐ yì zhāng jiǎozi pí, jiāng zhōuwéi túmǒ yìdiǎnr shuǐ.
2. Bǎ jiǎozi xiànr fàng zài zhōngjiān, bǎ jiǎozi pí niē shàng. Niē de shíhou yào jǐnliàng niē yìxiē zhězhòu, zhèyàng bǐjiào piàoliang.
煮饺子:
把水烧开。
把饺子下锅,要一边下一边用勺子搅动,避免饺子粘在锅底。
当饺子已经漂浮在水面上,并且饺子皮有点儿鼓起来的时候就好了。
Zhǔ jiǎozi:
1. Bǎ shuǐ shāo kāi.
2. Bǎ jiǎozi xià guō, yào yìbiān xià yìbiān yòng sháozi jiǎodòng, bìmiǎn jiǎozi zhān zài guō dǐ.
3. Dāng jiǎozi yǐjīng piāofú zài shuǐmiàn shàng, bìngqiě jiǎozi pí yǒudiǎnr gǔ qǐlái de shíhou jiù hǎo le.
现在我们来做一些饺子蘸料:
一般北方人喜欢用酱油加醋,如果你喜欢吃辣的,也可以放一些辣椒油,只要按照自己的口味调就可以了。
Xiànzài wǒmen lái zuò yìxiē jiǎozi zhàn liào:
Yìbān běifāng rén xǐhuān yòng jiàngyóu jiā cù, rúguǒ nǐ xǐhuān chī là de, yě kěyǐ fàng yìxiē làjiāo yóu, zhǐyào ànzhào zìjǐ de kǒuwèi tiáo jiù kěyǐ le.
