Group Class Policy

​

  • Group classes will only take place if there are at least 3 students enrolled. 

  • Please schedule at least 48 hours ahead of the class so the school can arrange the right room,  notify the teacher about the class, and the teacher can prepare the class according to the class size.

  • If you can not make a class, you must notify us via email (syan@beautifulmandarin.com) at least 48 hours in advance.

  • In order to maintain the highest teaching quality for all our students, we reserved the right to assign any student into any class which matches their learning level as we see fit.

 

Private Class Policy

  • Please schedule at least 48 hours ahead of the class so the teacher has enough time to prepare and that you can get the time you want.

  • If you want to cancel or reschedule your class, please send a notification at least 48 hours in advance via syan@beautifulmandarin.com

Photo Policy

 

  • When signing up for a class (any package or trial lesson), you automatically agree to be photographed and recorded for Beautiful Mandarin promotional materials.

 

Refund Policy

  • We are not able to do any refund for a force majeure clause.

  • ​We can only proceed with your refund within 7 days and will charge the class you have taken. If you did not take any class the  refund will be charged 10% penalty.
